Tasting Notes

Deep inviting aromas of red and black berries mix with a dusty earth essence. Softening tannins and bright acidity surround juicy lush blackberry and currant flavors. It’s lovely now, and with some additional bottle aging the firm structure will relax and the flavors will further integrate.
