Aromas of lemon zest mingle with hints of lime and a lovely mineral essence. On the palate, Meyer lemon flavors merge with a touch of white grapefruit, lemongrass, gooseberry and lime to offer a crisp, delicious wine.

The grapes were cold-fermented between 45-55 Fahrenheit and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
